I offer organisations selected psychological services in the areas of job requirements analysis, structured selection interviews, psychological assessment, executive coaching and occupational health. My approach is scientifically grounded, precise and tailored to specific questions. I do not work with off-the-shelf packages but with bespoke solutions for clearly defined needs.

Job requirements analysis

I create tailored requirements profiles for specific roles and positions. The foundation is occupational-psychology-based methods of job requirements analysis that can be flexibly adapted to different contexts. Particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises, this can be a lean yet robust way to systematically clarify position requirements and better prepare personnel decisions.

Personnel selection interviews

Based on a requirements profile, I develop structured, tailored selection interviews for recruitment and appointment processes. Such interviews are a flexible yet diagnostically robust instrument for improving the quality of personnel selection — without the need to set up an elaborate assessment centre. This can be particularly relevant for small and medium-sized enterprises that want to put their personnel diagnostics on a professional footing. I follow the quality standards of DIN 33430.

Psychological assessment

For selected questions, I also offer psychological assessment and professionally grounded expert opinions. I follow the standards of psychological assessment as formulated, among others, by Karl Westhoff and Marie-Luise Kluck. The basis is a precise question, a transparent methodological derivation and a clear presentation of results.

Executive coaching

I offer individual coaching for executives dealing with work-related stress, decision pressure, role conflicts and challenging personnel situations. My coaching approach includes the application of my psychotherapeutic methods to enable new solutions, perspectives and personal development. The focus is on reflection, clarity and psychological precision.

Occupational health

On questions of psychological strain, work design and health in the workplace, I offer a well-founded psychological perspective. This includes consultation on stress situations, an initial assessment of the need for action and support in the analysis of psychological work demands (psychosocial risk assessments). Particularly for organisations that want to take a more systematic look at psychological strain, this can be a meaningful starting point.
